The torturers use V2k noises when I am trying to sleep at night. Apart from the V2k noises, the CIA torturers (3 of them) use sounds made on my ceiling and walls (loud clicking sounds) to keep the TI from sleeping. Since these mentally retarded torturers love loud noises in a person’s mind, a method that gets back at the demon torturers is… ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT SIGNAL JAMMERS:
