Hello all,

Melanie Vritschan, Amy Holem & Alison Smith met with Mr Barrie Trower recently. This meeting was to allow Barrie to speak with our head lawyer, discuss Belgian law & Amy Holem’s work.

The meeting went extremely well ! Barrie & Amy will now be speaking on a regular basis. Mr Trower was able to verify her work, as our lawyer did in the also recent Belgian visit.

Mr Trower has written some papers specifically for Amy & Icator & provided us with various documents which will be used in our legal proceedings.

Amy & Barrie discussed targeting in general, health issues, scientific aspects & her own work – Thermal Imaging, audio analysis & FCC searches. Barrie provided Amy with mathematical equations which will help with proving particular attacks such as attacks via a person’s phone.

Barrie will try & be present in person for our conference to be held on the 3rd of December. If he cannot we will do a separate interview with him. The conference on the 3rd of December is being held via our lawyers association in order to further validate Amy Holem’s work with other engineers, scientists & alike. Our lawyers are inviting their own contacts for this purpose & Icator will do the same.

Once we have the link for the conference on December 3rd we will post it online.

Audio of our legal meeting with Mr Barrie Trower is now online aswell as a video of Amy Holem discussing her work in Belgium. See the links at the bottom of this email.

Due to the nature & size of an international class action, we will always need to fundraise. Our main goals at this time are to focus on the conference to be held December 3rd during which Amy Holem will have the oppertunity to obtain peer review of her work.

The EU & UK trips have been incredibly important as we now know we can actually use the evidence we have collated thus far. We would like to thank all those who helped us with donations.

We will keep everyone updated as we keep moving forward.

Kind regards

Stay safe

A.Smith

Hello all,

Amy Holem of Aimees Audios – https://www.aimeesaudios.com/ – arrived in Brussels yesterday.

She & Icator president Melanine Vritschan are to hold mulpile thermal imaging scans over a two day period & an in person luncheon meeting for members & victims to meet our head lawyer & ask questions. There are over 25 people being scanned & most of these will be used in the Icator legal proceedings. Our lawyer will be attending part of the scannings sessions to witeness how they are done.

During the rest of the Brussels visit Amy & Melanie will be meeting with our lawyer to discuss her work & how to use her substantial evidence & move forward with our legal proceddings.

Melanie, Amy & our lawyer then will travel to the UK on the 31st of October to meet with Alison Smith – UK Icator rep & travel to Mr Barrie Trower’s home. We will be filming parts of our time with Mr Trower & talking with him as our technical & legal advisor.

Further thermal imaging scans will also take place in the UK.

With legal fee’s, renting function rooms, hotels, flights & other travel arrangements, it has been difficult to fund these very important meetings & events. We email to ask if our members & supporters can kindly further aid Icator with some donations in a last push to ensure we can fund mainly now the UK visit.

We do always underatsnd that some may have finacialy difficulty, If each member could help with a 20 Euro or more donation this would be greatly appreciated.

We would like to thank all of our members & supporters for their patience & understanding.

Warm regards

Stay safe

A.Smith

Hello all,

We email today to offer / ask if anyone of our members or those on our mailing lists would like to have their testimonial published on our website ?

This would be a decent addition to our site in helping show just how many there are experiencing these crimes & symptoms, and to help show the magnitude of the situation worldwide.

This is only for those who are comfortable with it & it is absolutely fine to edit out any parts you may feel you wouldn’t like to be included. To you own preference.

If you would like to send your testimonial please feel free to do so. I do know that many of you have already sent me personally your testimonials, I ask if you can resend them for this purpose.

Update – We are currently planning for the UK trip during which Melanie Vritschan & our head lawyer will visit Mr Barrie Trower in the UK. And also preparing for Thermal imaging scans conducted by Amy Holem which will take place in the UK & Belgium.

We thank you for your support.

Stay safe

Regards

A.Smith

Hello all,

We email Icator members & victims with an update regarding our current position with regards to our legal proceedings.

We are excited to announce we are preparing for the first of many legal meetings with our legal representatives & technical advisors. These are the main steps in order to then file the lawsuit.

Amy Holem, of – www.aimeesaudios.com – our technical advisor, is travelling to Belgium late October 2022 to meet with our lawyers to discuss her evidence being used in the lawsuit. She is also staying longer to conduct thermal imaging scans. These scans will mainly be used as evidence in the lawsuit.

The scans in Belgium will take place on the 24th & 25th October 2022. During these scans our head lawyer will be present to witness them & to meet with the scanning attendee’s & answer any questions they may have in person.

Melanie Vritschan, our lawyer & Amy will then travel to the UK to meet with Mr Barrie Trower – Ex MI5 & weapons expert – our other advisor. We are to meet Mr Trower at his own residence to have legal meetings all together.

We intend to film parts of these meetings for publication & to do an interview with Mr Barrie Trower.

Whilst in London further thermal scans will take place for UK based victims.

We will need to pay for flights to & from the USA, Belgium & UK for multiple people. Also, hotels in Belgium & the UK, rental cars & general expenses.

We need to fundraise for these costs & bookings of course increase closer to the time.

We ask kindly if each Icator member & lawsuit participant can donate 30 Euros by 23rd September or as close to in order to reduce cost of bookings.

This would be a huge help as these meetings are important & all donations would aid in us moving forward with the legal proceedings for us all.

A 30 Euro donation from each Icator member would certainly be a huge help. We do understand different people financial situation & so only ask for 30 Euros from each.

Donations can be made via the new crowd funding link or via bank transfer & details can be found at the link below.

If any of you have any questions about these meetings, thermal image scans & alike please do feel free to contact us.

We thank you for you support & understanding.

Kind regards

Stay safe

Hello all,An Icator update –

We are working towards the first of two pre trial stages.

The first is a Parliamentary hearing which entails the petition, evidence presented, legislation to request regulations on weapons systems & a court hearing.

The hearing will be televised live & recorded which is great news for us all.

Two of our Technical Advisors will be aiding us in collecting current evidence to submit.

Amy Holem of aimeesaudios.com will be doing audio analysis & another advisor will use EMF measuring devices. Amy’s work can be done remotely  & the other advisor will be able to visit members at their homes in Belgium & possibly France.

More to be announced.

Once this is all complete the petition will be put online for all to sign.

During the summer months our lawyers will be working on the legislation. We will also be meeting with Mr Barrie Trower to discuss legal proceedings & working on our membership cards.

There are videos of zoom meetings of our lawyers & technical Advisors on our conferences page for all to watch.

Our first fundraising goal for this stage has been reached & our lawyers have been paid. We raised €5000 in a few months. We now must fundraise in order to pay our technical advisors.

We ask for donations from those who can & so that we can keep moving forward as quickly as possible.

Our “Gofundme” link is down. There is now a new donations link named “Fundrazr”. See the link below.https://icator.be/donate/

We thank you all for your support, understanding & patience.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact us.

Kind regards

A.Smith
